Kōtare Group Limited, in partnership with Complete Learning Solutions (CSL), successfully delivered a complete re-write of the Capability Management System (CMS) Online Learning Course.
This course is the mandatory introductory course to the CMS that all new-joiners to the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) and Ministry of Defence complete. Therefore it was essential that the course content was relevant, accurate and easily digestible.
Kōtare provided the expertise in the CMS while CSL took the material and professionally put it into Articulate360. In an entirely collaborative manner, the project progressed with regular updates and sharing of the progress through an Articulate360 reviewer file.
Leveraging extensive experience in defence capability management and using the latest proven developments in training, our team redefined the course and went ‘above and beyond’ to deliver a completely new course with revised structure, content, format and even assessments.
The deliverables were completed ahead of schedule, such that when there was some scope creep, the project was still completed on time with comprehensive stakeholder review and quality assurance.
